A list_activities method should be available, and show the following information:

• Timestamp
• Contract ID
• Ticker
• Amount
• Transfer fees
• Confirmation state:
  • WaitingCounterparty(expiration: Instant)
  • WaitingConfirmations(needed: u8)
  • Settled(block: u32)
  • Expired
