sync --latest-version-only not working on charts rabbitmq

What steps will reproduce the bug?

Why sync rabbitmq download all version chart even though with --latest-version-only

this url sources i used: registry-1.docker.io/bitnamicharts/rabbitmq

What is the expected behavior?

only sync latest tag

Which version of charts-syncer are you using? I tried with the latest one and worked fine for me. I've used a config file like this:

source:
  repo:
    kind: "OCI"
    url: "https://registry-1.docker.io/bitnamicharts"
    auth:
      username: YOUR_USER
      password: YOUR_PASS
target:
  repo:
    kind: "OCI"
    url: YOUR_TARGER_REGISTRY

skipImages: true
charts:
  - rabbitmq

And executed it like this:

charts-syncer -c config.yml sync --latest-version-only

 »  Syncing charts
    ✔  Chart list loaded
    ✔  There is 1 chart out of sync!
    »  ==> Syncing "rabbitmq-16.0.14" chart (1/1)

i tried version 2.1.5 and 2.1.6 same issue for me.
i uses same similiar config with u.
