What is the problem this feature will solve?

Kubernetes added support for VolumeAttributesClass a couple versions ago but the Thanos helm chart doesn't support it for all the Thanos components (no other Bitnami chart currently support this I believe).

This is much needed to support changing via IaC/ Helm for example in AWS EBS iops or throughput.

What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?

Add support for VolumeAttributesClass in PVCs/ volumeClaimTemplates.
