Implement MintPass crypto auth method as 5chan pass

We should integrate MintPass crypto-based auth in 5chan and present it as 5chan pass in this client.

Target behavior

• Only holders of the crypto-paid, non-transferable MintPass token type can post on /vip/.
• Those same holders should bypass mod queue on all default 5chan directory boards.

Scope in 5chan

• Add pass-aware posting rules for /vip/ and mod-queue bypass on default boards.
• Brand the flow as 5chan pass in 5chan UI (client-specific naming).
• Keep SMS-based MintPass behavior unchanged unless explicitly configured.

Dependency / assumption

• MintPass contract + challenge expose a dedicated crypto token type and enforce non-transferability for that type.
• 5chan should gate by required MintPass token type, not by UI branding.

Follow-ups (separate issues)

• MintPass: add/confirm crypto paid auth token type + non-transferable enforcement.
• 5chan UI: pass page/entrypoint and copy updates.
