problem with version of mariadb when setuping delta-lake

in delta lake docker compose file you use the latest version of mariadb but hive metastor dos not start with latest version in my server.
but mariadb:10.11.2 work for me.

how can i use the latest version of mariadb?
and how can i use the hive metastore 4.0.1 version?
