Checkpoint issue

Splunk Cloud environment. Checkpoint not properly updated. Find that the checkpoint is always "start date" configuration setting and end is always time input was configured. These do not change.

Hello. Do you have some temporary workarounds for this checkpoint issue? We cannot use the app as it always queries the same timestamp from the same user and is constantly stuck. We have users that need this Splunk data so any quick fixes you can provide will be much appreciated. Thanks!
