Run integration tests against Tokio Async{Read,Write}

The integration tests were only testing with the future crate's
implementation of AsyncRead and  AsyncWrite, not the tokio crate's
implementation. This commit uses conditional compilation to test *both*
implementations. ThiWith this in place, the bug described in the last
commit is properly detected by the integration tests.
