Add linting (standard/standard) #21
Description
Per PR comments, it was mentioned that this repo is following the coding standard from StandardJS (https://github.com/standard/standard).
Add that package to the project and set up linting as a stand-alone npm action and also along with npm test (as a prerequisite).
