Show why or how long a code repository has been stuck "Waiting in queue"

Sometimes I encounter projects whose huge repositories seem to be stuck (like the WebKit project recently), and their dashboard sometimes invites you to "check its progress":

…but when I look at this UI, there is no way to objectively tell whether it's truly stuck and if it should be reported, because it just says "(Waiting in queue)":

Has it encountered any errors? Has it failed multiple times? Has it timed out due to the massive codebase and requires some sort of superadmin special-casing? Particularly, since what date / how many days has it been "waiting in queue"? Those could be indicators that facilitate troubleshooting for users and admins, and help users know whether or not they should click the "Report outdated" button (if that's the right button to use in this case like seemingly stuck analysis? If so, a tooltip on that link might help clarify that).
