Unable to render latex formula

Notekit do not render latex formula. Ex: i type $a + b$ and space the formula "disappear" and after i press backspace the text $a + b$ appear again. Is this a bug?

I try, meson compile with clatexmath=off, ./install-clatexmath.sh and cmake build, manually install clatexmath include files and shared labraries and link notekit to the shared object with cmake.
Three ways of compilation i encounter the same behavior.

After set HAVE_CLATEXMATH=ON this happen

You'll need to send the stacktrace. Possibly clatexmath is missing some files
