UISpy or any other window locator tool not locating the elements of .net desktop application

HI,
i have been trying to automate .net desktop application using Winium,and i used following tools to locate the elements.
1.AccEvent.exe
2.AccExplorer32.exe
3.Event.dll
4.Inspect.exe
5.README.md
6.SPYHK55.DLL
7.SPYXX.EXE
8.UISpy.exe
9.ViewWizard.exe
10.WSEdit.EXE
11.swapy-ob-0.4.3.exe

but no tool could locate the elements.
can anyone please suggest any solution for that or at least point out the reason for that....

can you share screenshot of the element your looking for in inspect.exe with class name
