Can we have buttons that could add text to notes?

Recently, I noticed that dataview+metaedit+buttons could create a button for each row in the table and once we click it, we will replace the text of frontmatter. I am thinking about if we could use this button to append specific text like the date at the bottom of the note.

This is actually a Buttons question IMO and yes, it can be done. Look at the buttons examples using Templater. There were also a few examples lying around on Discord.

TBH, I want something like this:

Which means we have a button at each row of dataview table and once we click it we will append some text to the note.
