Getting a list of bulletpoint list items that contain a specific tag

I would like to have a query that returns only those blocks of text (e.g. paragraph or item in bulletpoint/numbered list) that contain a specific tag (or string of text for that matter).

For example, if we have the following list:
Food ingredients

• Eggs #breakfast
• Milk #breakfast #dairy
• Flour #carbohydrates
• Sour cream #dairy

I'd like to query for those list items in the note (or entire vault for that matter), that contain e.g. the tag #dairy. So the return should be something like:

• Milk #breakfast #dairy
• Sour cream #dairy

I've thought about originally writing the list items as key-value pairs, as I know no other way that dataview can read what is inside the actual note (making it into a task would be another solution I guess).
