how to query backlinks of cursor line(title or block)

backlink pane shows static info of current file.
I want backlink pane show backlinks of cursor line(title or block).
Is there someone have done this?

I don't really think this is possible in dataview.

image show what I want, but I know this is not the job of dataview.
dataview api may supply datas of outlinks of this file, that's enough for me.
filte data and css is my job.
