how to compare file.inlinks and file.outlinks

I'm using notes call Maps of contents (MOC) to group my notes by subject.
I organize each MOC by grouping all inlinks by subcategory and add a link to the note in that subcategory
So a note is classified if she's in both file.inlinks and file.outlinks
i can query:
file.inlinks -->list FROM [[]]
file.outlinks --> list FROM outgoing([[]])

But how can i see the inlinks that are not in outlinks ?

Maybe with

LIST
FROM [[]] and -outgoing([[]])
