How to view a counter for Tasks on a page + weighted percentage?

Hello!
I have an outliner page with checklists (I use this plugin: https://github.com/vslinko/obsidian-outliner ).

What I am trying to do now is the following:

• For each task I want to assign a multiplier number/weigh (it can be 1; 1.5; 2 etc.) which indicates the importance of this task. (I don't know the best way to do it for Dataview! Maybe by assigning Tags # 1 # 2 etc. , or creating a table for the checklist and inserting the multiplier number into a separate column?).

• I want Dataview to show me the stats of that outliner page. (for ex. the total number of tasks of the page is 100).
  Number of completed tasks: 80/100
  Number of uncompleted tasks: 20/100
  Completed tasks with weigh "2": 10/100 (it is 10/80, out from the 80 completed tasks).
  Completed tasks with weigh "1.5": 30/100
  ....
  Performance: 78% (performance value is simply the "percentage weighted average":

I would expect the Dataview stats to be dynamic/interactive with any changes of the page.

You can assign metadata to each task. See the page on data annotation in the docs, specifically for tasks.

Someone helped me on Reddit! but I have a different question now (it is related to it).

Here it is indicated I can limit (from sorting) the maximum value.
How can I limit (not show) the minimum value of my sorting instead?.

For ex. this is my code:

TASK
WHERE !completed
GROUP BY weight
SORT weight desc

(I assigned to each task the metadata (weight:: 1), (weight:: 2) etc.
The problem is that the code shows me also all the tasks with no assigned weight (with no metadata). I think it recognizes them with weight "0", in fact when Insert Limit 1, it shows me only those tasks (without any assigned metadata).
How can I sort all my tasks that has ONLY assigned metadata? (from (weight:: 1) and so on) and expect/limit from sorting the ones without weight?

Can I ask you a last question please?

Is there any method to put tasks on a table with Dataview? (Or any other plugin).
Because when I want to preview Tasks, I can only group them by a certain Metadata or filter them (show tasks that contain a specific tag for ex.).

But what I want to do is having tasks and sub-tasks (I use vslinko/obsidian-outliner plugin for indent tasks so I can have sub-tasks).. each task contains Text and at the end of each task I include some metadata. Such as (weight::1) (or (weight::2) etc. It is a value I assign to indicate the importance of each task) + tags (#to-do-later, #current etc.) + Metadata for Cover image in case that task is a book I want to read (I don't know the syntax for including images as metadata!! Can you tell how to do it?).

Ultimately. I want to have a table with different columns. (Raws are for tasks)
A column with the text included in the task, a coloum for the cover image (if added) (with a visible small-medium dimensions..not giant), a coloum for weight (1, 2 etc.) A coloum with the tags included in that task etc.
I want the table to be ordered by weight in desc order.

HOW to achieve this? (I would like to specify if I want to list only tasks..or tasks and sub-tasks until a certain level (based on if I have included sub-sub-tasks by indenting further with outliner plugin etc.).
