Why is my simple query/filter not working?

I am still trying to understand how dataviewjs works. It's very hard for a newbie as I think we all know by now.
I have this code:

```dataviewjs
p = dv.pages().where(file => file.meeting).where(file => file.meeting.type == "planning-tool")
dv.table(["file", "type"], p.map(a => [a.file.link, a.file.frontmatter.meeting.type]))
```

To my surprise, this also does the same thing:

```dataviewjs
p = dv.pages().where(file => file.meeting &&  file.meeting.type == "planning-tool")
dv.table(["file", "type"], p.map(a => [a.file.link, a.file.frontmatter.meeting.type]))
```

I expect it to make a table of all the pages where the meeting.type is equal to "planning-tool"
however, p does not contain an array of such pages. It appears to have all pages with file.meeting and ignores the second where() filter.
If I leave out the first where(file => file.meeting) then I get an error because many pages don't have file.meeting set.
So the table contains a lot of things in it that don't belong.
I must be misunderstanding. Are the where() functions logically "or'd" together? How can I "and" them? What's happening here and how can I create the query I'm aiming for?

Rebooting solved it

For some weird reason, restarting Obsidian.md solved the problem and the query is working correctly. Hurray! This is my first success with dataviewjs, inasmuch as I wrote it and understand it. :-)
