How to list all outgoing links, including those of notes that have not yet been created

Hello,

I am trying to make a list of all of the outgoing links in a given note, but can't figure out how to include outgoing links of uncreated notes. Is there a way to do this?

The following gives me a list of outgoing links to notes that have already been created. What do I add to this to include all outgoing links in a note, including those of notes I have not created yet?

LIST
FROM outgoing([[FILENAME]])
