How to sort notes starting with 3-digit index

Hello,

I have a dv-query that lists all my sub-TOC's, as shown below:

This is the result of the following dv:

list
from #toc 
where contains("0123456789",file.name[0]) AND contains("0123456789",file.name[1]) AND contains("0123456789",file.name[2])
sort desc
```

It seems that sort desc/asc does not work properly, or at least I am expecting a different result. It doesn't seem to sort from the start of the strings (otherwhise 004 Lit notes should be at the bottom), and it doesn't seem to sort alphabetically (cuz Dailynotes and DND should not be split apart by Lit notes and Personal).

So what am I doing wrong?

What do you sort on? You're not specifying which field to sort on in descending order?

Shouldn't you write something like sort file.name desc

You'd think I would spot that mistake after the literal several dozens of queries I have written so far, but no I am blind apparently.
