When I create a new note using templater or change file name dataview query matches with notes that are not a match

I am using dataview 0.5.47, and I noticed that when I use templater to create a note which has a dataview query the results of the query shows all notes until I run the query again, and now it shows the actual results of the query. If I close the note and reopen it is fine, and this is only on the first instance of note creation. Is there a setting here that can prevent this?

This is the query,

I noticed that this can be seen even when I move the note from one folder to another. Something in the intermediary state that resolves to match with all the notes.

I did a bit more triaging, and it appears that this is caused by the check for project = this.file.link.

In this case, project is a dataview inline variable that I define in different notes.

In addition, I can also reproduce by just changing the file name. It appears in this meta state, this.file.link matches with files that does not have project inline variable in it or ones that have it but is empty.

Any thoughts on what could be happening and how I can workaround this?

I also changed the refresh settings to a longer number from the default 250 milliseconds to, 10000 but still have the same issue.
