How to judge a markdown file exists with dataviewjs?

Hi,

I am trying to judge a pluginname.md with a tag #pluginNote exist or not with below snippets, but failure. please help.

it always go to get the name = [[create pluginname]] no matter a pluginname.md with the tag #pluginNote exist or not.
