How to create a reference to a header dynamically using inline dataview?

Hello, I have this code in my file

`$= dv.luxon.DateTime.local().minus({months: 1}).toFormat("![[yyyy-MM") + "#The Monthly Motto]]"`

What I'm hoping for is the result,

![[2024-07#The Monthly Motto]]

which I'm hoping will render my section as a transcluded document.

But this does not work. It transcludes the whole target file and ignores the '#' symbol.

If I leave out the exclamation point, I get a functional but oddly formatted link:

Is there a way to do what I want using Dataview? Or using anything for that matter? :-)
Note that I want this to dynamically work any time I open this document, so Templater tricks are not going to help I believe.

As soon as I posted this, I figured out the problem.
I had a typo, the section "The Monthly Motto" does not exist. It should be "Monthly Motto"
