How can i convert/achieve this query from Tasks in Dataview

so initialy i wanted to do this in dataview.

• query the path and retrieve bullets/text
• return content only from specific named HEADING journal
• dont return empty lines
• group and sort by filename (date) descending (check screenshot)

unfortunatelly i was unable to do it and had to use the tasks plugin. to me, it was so much simpler and pretty much does exactly what i wanted (minus the checkbox lol)

my question is, is it possible to use dataview to return the same results? maybe it's more resource efficient than tasks

path includes 00 Journal
heading includes #journal 
description regex does not match /^$/

sort by function reverse task.file.filenameWithoutExtension
group by filename reverse

hide backlink
hide edit button
hide postpone button
limit 60

main issue i had when trying to get it to work using dataview was returning content below the tagged/heading. and i dont want to tag every single line
