How to get partial of a field and make sum of that partial parts for inline field?

In my dailynotes, I would like to log my swimming. For example, in the dailynotes

2024-08-29.md

swim:: freestyle 200m, breaststroke 500m, butterfly stroke 300m, backstroke 300m

2024-08-30.md

swim:: freestyle 2000m

2024-08-30.md

swim:: freestyle 2000m

2024-08-31.md

swim:: backstroke 2000m

2024-09-01.md

swim:: breaststroke 1000m, butterfly stroke 1000m

2024-09-02.md

swim:: backstroke 1000m, freestyle 800m

2024-09-03.md

swim:: butterfly stroke 1000m

2024-09-04.md

swim:: butterfly stroke 1000m

etc.

Questions:

• For each day, is it possible to extract the swim distance for each day based on the log? and the sum up the total distance? I would like to have this in dailynotes, for example, for the log of 2024-08-29.md, after I log, it will add up the totol distance to 1300,

swim:: freestyle 200m, breaststroke 500m, butterfly stroke 300m, backstroke 300m total:: 1300m

• For each month, is it possible to sum up the total swim distance, and for each swim styles, and as well as how many times swam? I am planning to have a note name Swimming Log to keep all these infos.
