How to show fields from related files in one table?

now i can only make a table with info for a single type. E.g. show the name, date et al of some projects.
what if the project relates to some other type of files such as bills? how to show both of them in one table. let's say, i have some projects with the info as :

project1.md:
---
name：p1
id: 1234
type: project
tag: #blah
bill: bill1 (or maybe bill1, bill2)
otherfield:....
---
some other info......

and the bills with info as:

bill1.md
---
name: b1
type: bill
status: NOTPAYED
amount:  USD100
otherfield:....
---
some other info .............

i would like to get the table with the columns: project.name, project.id,...project.bill.name, project.bill.amount, project.bill.status, otherfield

i think there must be a solution, help!

Link to bill in your front matter using a quoted Obsidian link:

---
bill: "[[bill1]]"
---

And then you can use project.bill.name in your queries.

I have a further question, how can i linkback to the file/page from the task' text? i wrote a dataview query as follows:

table 
regexreplace(task.text, ".*(\[\[.*keyword.*?\]\]).*","$1") as Project

flatten file.tasks as task


where 
regexmatch(".*(\[\[.*keyword.*\]\]).*",task.text) and
file.day <= date(today) and 
file.day>= date(today) - dur(20 day)

it works well, but how can i show the Project' info in the table?

This is a little hard to do right now, though will be improving a few releases down the road when we add custom task metadata.
