Screening method for unlabeled files

I want to filter out unlabeled files. Currently, I use this way of writing:

where !file.tags

This way of writing works normally, but it will report an error if used in conjunction with the admonition plug-in.

Can anyone give me advice or share a solution? Thanks!

What error does it report? I'm not sure how admonitions would break that specific query.

This appears to be a bug with how Admonitions & Dataview interact - Admonitions renders first, replacing spaces in the dataview query with &nbsp, which mess up the query. Admonitions should probably not do any processing on inline codeblocks to fix this use case.

I don't do any processing on inline codeblocks, I just pass the contents directly into Obsidian's markdown renderer.

However, this works for me as of Obsidian 0.13.3, so the could possibly have been fixed upstream.

Yes, might have just been an Obsidian bug - good that it looks to work now.
