thx for the quick response @blacksmithgu! sure let me try to be more clear (sorry about the messy question :)) Currently i have 1 index (TOC/MOC) file that i like to launch specific these links to individual what im trying to understand is if i can cut the use of these single notes and just somehow embed the queries in Index/MOC file/links? ie when i press the link it launches the query, ie something like this: ie Does that make any sense :) thx so much in advance best Z |

thx so much @blacksmithgu i tried these approaches but the loading times are really slow since i think when you link to a file with many queries with large data that can take awhile? unless im missing something and when you link to a specific header in any case i can live with many cluttered files, 1st world problems:) thx Z |

Hi all
im struggling to understand something regarding Dataview 🙂
i currently have a MOC/TOC file with links to individual notes. each of these notes contain 1 Dataview query
ie something like this:
what im trying to understand is if i can cut the use of these single notes and just somehow embed the queries in the links? ie when i press the link it launches the query
does that make any sense? 🙂
ie if my file has these links :
instead of needing a lunch and breakfest notes that only contain the Dataviewquery pressing the link Topic>>lunch just launches the query
hope i made any sense 😄
