Is there a way to query individual lines or blocks?

Amazed at how Dataview extends Obsidian.

Finding myself wondering if there's any way to use a dataview query to list individual lines or blocks other than by marking them as tasks.

Use case– In lengthy text documents, it would be useful to be able to designate lines that have the take-home-messages, and have a separate summary document with a dataview query that listed just the tagged lines from that file.
