list or table from links inside documents a given tag or directory

I store my bookmarks inside obsidian documents.
Imagine i'm doing a research and I store all the relevant bookmarks inside the note.

Then I would like to create a table with the bookmarks that have such tag.

Usually all the bookmarks have external link. (HTTP/S)
