Is it possible to add functionality to access links to uncreated notes?

This plugin is excellent, though a feature that I can see being extremely useful is the ability to access the links from a file to uncreated notes.

It would be great if these were included in the list of file.outlinks so that it was possible to do something like:

```dataview
LIST 
FROM [[Example]]
```

When the note Example hasn't actually been created yet.

Would this be challenging functionality to add? or is there something about the way links are stored which makes this more difficult than I am anticipating? Would be great to discuss.

Additional question relating to something incorrect in this post before I edited it:

How is:

```dataview
LIST 
FROM [[Test]]
```

different to

```dataview
LIST file.outlinks
WHERE contains(file.outlinks, [[Test]])
```

These were different when I tested it, which I can't quite understand.

Functionality for tracking non-existing links actually is already present on develop, but I had to temporarily revert it due to a bad build. It will be coning in the next release.

As for the queries, using FROM [[Test]] actually queries for all pages that link TO Test. If you want outgoing links, use FROM outgoing([[Test]]).
