Feature Request: display changes on a specific commit, or since last review.

Firstly thank you for the great package - using it daily to review PRs from my team.
One thing missing for me - ability to look into changes on a specific commit.
Many times I would request changes and would like to see the changes since last review.

Hello,

I've added this feature in newest master: c2d2a49. Please try it and give feedback if any :)

Commits can be selected with M-x pr-review-select-commit or click the button in the commit section (which is now also moved below to be near file diffs).

Some limitations:

• when commits are selected, in-diff review comments are not displayed. this is because that I don't see an easy way to check if the review commit belongs to currently selected commits.
• "changes since last review" is not supported yet
