[Bug]: Clicking on review item that spans two days does not jump to correct time in timeline

Describe the problem you are having

Clicking on review item that spans two days does not jump to correct time in timeline when a specific date is selected in the calendar and it is not the day that the event started.

For example, an event started on Oct 27 and ended in Oct 28. If Oct 28 is selected in the calendar clicking the review item show this:

Network log shows request to /camera/recordings?before=1761710400&after=1761710400 and /vod/camera/start/1761710400/end/1761710400/master.m3u8, which for my timezone (UTC-4) is Oct 29 12am. It should jump to Oct 28 12am in the timeline.
