[Bug]: Live page navigation icon clipped in viewport <768px

Describe the problem you are having

This is how it usually looks, a video camera like icon. It is the second icon from the top, under Frigate logo.

When the viewport is narrower than 768px breakpoint, it gets clipped.

I'd happily submit a fix but it's probably best for the UI code owner to do it as adding a padding / margin could result in the <a> expanding outwards and cause cascading effects.

Steps to reproduce

1. goto http://frigate:5000
2. resize the window to be smaller than 768px wide

Thanks, this is fixed in #20897 and will be a part of Frigate 0.17.
