privacy zones (masking) for legal reasons

Hi,

I need visual privacy zones (masking) for legal reasons, similar to what ZoneMinder provides.

Privacy: Blackens the pixels within it to make the region completely opaque. This can be used to hide regions within the image if the situation does not allow another solution. This Zone type is different from all the others in that it gets processed as soon as possible during capture (even before the timestamp is added to the image) and is not part of the analyzing process.
