thanks for the fast reply. It's just been one hell of a week for me and I'm sorry to come with any attitude. Ive just been trying all day physically for the last 12hrs to get things back to normal after it was working for a month strait and now i can't even get anything to work. I'm so sorry

what is the best way to get that information for you. I'm fairly new to all of this self hosting. I understand so many things can go wrong because there are so many ways to get things done. So my first issue is that I'm dealing with a 2019 mbp with some sort of L2 chip that won't let me install proxmox on this thing besides making it in KVM on an ubuntu setup. So I'm sure that's probably causing most of my problems and it's an apple thing. Is there any advice u can give to nip that in the u know what because I'm so tired that i can't just run it like i would on anything else because of some L2 chip

how would i go about doing that? This is a pre M1 mac with a stupid T2 security chip which causes a lot of issues running proxmox on the bare metal

also this might be my first time even reporting something on GH because i usually try everything i can before i even ask for help. But my frigate has been down since yesterday and I almost just want to stop self hosting all together because I'm so frustrated and I'm self hosting over 20 plus things now but my cameras were the first things to really give me so many problems. It has put so much strain on my faith that it has me second guessing every decision ive ever made lol

@VB7749 don't take me wrong as it has been mentioned before with Proxmox there is a lot which could cause error and issues. You are running a quiet complex setup on mac. If you are rather new or still want to learn more about self hosting, if I may suggest, start with a very simple setup with a standard intel pc. You will soon get a lot of them quiet cheap as WIN11 drop support for a lot of systems. For Home Lab people that is quiet nice.

To your topic:
The thing where I see a major change is that you went from a working system to a non working system in a very short period.

Question here: Did you monitor the storage of Frigate and Proxmox? Did you trigger "fstrim" within the OS running frigate ?

I do have a cronjob running which perform fstrim every day at 1 in the morning:

0 1 * * * fstrim --fstab --verbose

Maybe that is your problem ?
