OpenVINO works on old, officially unsupported CPU

I have been running frigate for a few years using the CPU detector.

I know it's not recommended, but the frigate docs and OpenVINO site says my CPU isn't supported in OpenVINO.

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2350M - Sandy Bridge laptop circa 2011

I tried it anyways and found it actually works. And it's also faster.

To be clear the "support" refers to the integrated GPU, it should work on effectively any CPU
