[Bug]: Next/Previous Tracked Object arrows don't appear if Tracked Object Details window opens to Tracking Details view

Describe the problem you are having

Forgive the rather wordy title but I wanted to accurately set the scene!

As per the screenshot showing the viewing of a Tracked Object from the Explore page, I have noticed that the next/previous arrows do not appear if the Tracked Object Details window opens in the Tracking Details view. The arrows do however appear if the window opens in Thumbnail view, or after a 'Tracking Details->Thumbnail->Tracking Details' toggle is performed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Explore view
2. Select a tracked object from the grid
3. If the popup window opens set to Thumbnail view then the next/previous arrows appear (as expected)
4. Select the Tracking Details view and the next/previous arrows remain (as expected)
5. Leave the view set to Tracking Details and close the popup window
6. Select a tracked object (same one or different; doesn't matter)
7. With the popup window now defaulting to showing the Tracking Details view (expected) the next/previous arrows do not appear (not expected)
8. To make the arrows reappear, select the Thumbnail view and the arrows will also now remain once back on the Tracking Details view too until the popup window is closed and opened again when the cycle repeats.

Aaagh, and I'd really tried to make sure it hadn't been previously discovered! Admittedly I hadn't checked the PRs.

Thank you (and everyone else involved) for the efforts you put into this amazing tool. I'm only a few days in but have been blown away by it, and after 19(!) years with Zoneminder I know I've found a new home.
