[Bug]: Modal which shows recent classification items does not allow seeing entire list with lots of items

Describe the problem you are having

The modal which shows the items for a group of recent classifications centres vertically on the screen and does not permit seeing entire content in the modal.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create or find an object classification
2. Open that object classification
3. Keep the Recent Classifications view open
4. Wait for a classification to receive a large amount of items in a group
5. Open the modal and see that the modal vertically centres with no ability to scroll

That's not really the bug, the bug is that a review item got so many images as there is a maximum. I've not seen this, so will need to figure out under what circumstances this happens
