How to add EufyCam

I can't get Frigate to access/see the camera feed

Unraid, VM Home Assistant
Add-on Frigate

My issue; the add-on only shows green squares on the feed. Nothing else.
Anyone care to help me out here?

Can you view the exact URL you used from e.g. VLC?

I have never needed to access the camera by VLC. I use it through the eufy app and home Assistant.

Home Assistant add-on shows the path to the rtsp stream same as the eufy app, see screenshot.

All help here is greatly appreciated!

You have the camera setup to only stream on events. It needs to be continuous otherwise it will only stream when the camera senses motion and be useless for friage.

If it helps me to get my Eufycam working with Frigate, then its a gigant step forward!!

It's not really clear to me what you're saying. The config you posted up top is functionally the same as mine. If it isn't working then the camera isn't sending the steam (did you update the eufy app setting to use continuous?)

'Cause that's is where I thought I had messed up....!! Somehow...

You don't need the :554 defined but it should work either way. That is correct and matches the app
