Windows video wallpaper / background

I was wanting to have one of my live camera streams in the corner of my second monitor. Be it as a tiny window or part of the Windows background/wallpaper.

Has anyone done something like this before? I’ve been playing around with the wallpaper mode in VLC. Just wondering if someone has done a similar thing and how they went about it …

Quick update for anyone interested or future @DrSpaldo. This is not my final/ultimate solution but probably will be as it seems to be working... I have come up with two command lines for VLC and MPV. MPV had a little more options regarding the resizing of the image.

MPV:
"E:\mpv\mpv.exe" --geometry=4600:1080 --autofit=520 --no-window-dragging --no-taskbar-progress --no-taskbar-progress --no-border --no-osc --mute=yes rtmp://192.168.1.100/live/frontdoor

VLC:
"E:\vlc\vlc.exe" --intf dummy rtmp://192.168.1.100/live/frontdoor --no-video-deco --video-x=4410 --video-y=955 --no-audio -- --no-embedded-video --no-qt-video-autoresize
