Registration on Object Detection: Pause between events

Dear all
I have a strange behavior,
I'm using object detection ( person ) for recording with two streams one for detection and one for recording.
Detect stream:

 detect:
      width: 640
      height: 480
      fps: 4

Recording settings are default.

I'm receiving multiple detection for the same event 1 - 3 sec delta from one detection to another, at this point multiple registration start (i suppose). When this happens and event is finished registration are not present/available on the system.
looking across the documentation i can see:

# Optional: Detect configuration
# NOTE: Can be overridden at the camera level

  # Optional: Number of frames without a detection before frigate considers an object to be gone. (default: 5x the frame rate)
  max_disappeared: 25

Is there anything that can put on sleep object detection and registration triggering of new event for the telecamera
until old event is not finished?

Sorry for delay,

I found this errors when this happens, Detection is triggered 2 times in a row with 2sec delta and no registration is made.

after restart everything is ok for X time then happens again.
