Create a minimal backend /server CI test suite #57
Description
Currently, we only compile the server. We should also stand it up and perform a minimal set of tests against it.
At least:
- /features
- /getstakekey=$adahandle
- /health
Avoid anything which requires a valid Vending Machine token. Koios API calls are fine.
