Add a visible TAB interface to Blink

It would be super helpful to have visible TAB's that make for more intuitive switching between open tabs but also include the current status of the tabs opened at a given time (I usually have at minimum 3 mosh sessions open). Ideally they shouldn't get in the way so maybe using a similar bar that can be hidden (or pined as always visible) as the shortcuts bar.
