Cannot open blink shell even though I have an active subscription.

Hello all,

I’m having a terrible time trying to use blink shell. Every single time I open the app it asks me to either restore purchase or sign up for a free trial. Why is this happening? Usually clicking restore purchase works after it loads a little bit. Today, that is not the case. I had to subscribe a second time before it let me in. This cannot be the intended design and it is very frustrating to deal with. I even verified to make sure my subscription was still active.

I just signed up for another subscription, and it let me in. Come on… 2 subscriptions to use the service? Can I get refunded for the last month?

Also, please update to the latest version (v18.2.2) as there were some changes made on Friday that could hopefully help.

I just tested again manually all the Restore flows and things should be working fine. I discovered an issue for Classic users transitioning and will be fixed on v18.2.3, but your use case should be covered by my tests. Please reach out if you are still having issues. Thanks!

Thanks for the quick resolution. I believe this cheaper tier payment plan is better suited for me since I use it for SSH and the vs code but I don’t do much more advanced than that. So this was a blessing in disguise I suppose. Thank you again for working on this so quickly.

Thanks for your patience and apologies again for any issues or disruptions. Unfortunately changing paywalls may have this hiccups but everything should be ironed out by now on 18.2.3.
