I have a suscription but nothing work

Honestly, I don’t understand your approach. We subscribe to your service, but nothing works. I paid for a full month and the app has never worked. I contacted your support team and received no refund. User experience clearly means nothing to you — it’s just about making money, even when the solution doesn’t work. That’s shameful. Now I just saw there’s a new update, I installed it, and now I can’t even use the app — nothing works.

Hi and thanks for reaching out! We have been making changes to the paywall so apologies if there are some hiccups or some things could be more clear. Blink is used by a ton of developers every day, so I promise you that things are working even if we have the occasional hiccup.

It looks like you are still within our Trial period, so you should not have been charged by the AppStore yet. One of our changes is that we now offer Blink+ instead of Blink+Build for trials. I see you are trying to access Blink Build, and during the trial period that won't be possible anymore (I will add that option back on Blink 19). If you would like to try it, just reach out to me on support at blink.sh and I would be happy to help you with that - I have done that already with a few users.

Other than that, it looks like you are already within the shell, so everything else should be good to go and you are well ahead the initial paywall. Is there anything else not working you like ssh connections or mosh that is part of the "nothing works"?

Happy to answer you here about the refund as well. As I said before, it looks like you are still within your Trial period. You should not have been charged, but just a heads up, refunds are handled by Apple as they are the ones in control of that through the AppStore, so you can always claim that to them.
