Shaders cannot be switched or cleared on IINA

Describe the bug
I installed Anime4K shaders according to the Anime4K manual. Shaders are working and my video is upscaled! But for some reason I cannot switch shaders or turn off because any key binding is not working. Shaders work as expected in MPV. I can also use key bindings to switch shaders or turn off. It's just I'm having problems on IINA.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: macOS 14.7.5
• Device: MacBook Air M1
• Media Player and Version: MPV 0.40.0, IINA 1.3.5 Build 141

Additional context
Rather than a bug, I would say this problem is a IINA key binding problem. It would be great if someone can help me with this. Thanks!

Yes, there seems to be a bug with IINA keybindings in their recent update. So the mpv keybindings no longer work with IINA.
You will need to follow this manual fix for now.
