Cant find api key creation settings menu item on android application

I can't find api menu item in the dropdown menu settings?

I need the api key to make an insert of my btc transaction into the blockchain explorer search array.

My blockchain account is still in the verification process though which might be why the api key creation tool is not visible though.

They won't validate my account because I am using a south African passport.

It says the web domain is hosted in Leinster, Ireland on whois.ip

I still don't know how to create the api keys. I was told to use a staking wallet.

Apparently I don't need api keys and I can just create the transaction hex code after configuration and then go to the live broadcast screen and broadcast or decode it there however its giving me javascript errors I don't know how to resolve.
