🌱 Migrate proprietary private code

1. Upload all the code in a reasonable file folder standard:

investors
issuers
xlm...

2. Add AGPL LICENSE
3. Connect as auto-deploy through AWS code pipeline

no need for xlm folder since lambda layer was externalized (that's more of a docs issue)

Steps 1 and 2 are complete, and all I need to do is complete the code pipeline, ideally including the IAM roles (presently missing)!
