Sinopia & Graph Toolbox UI/UX Analysis #56

Description

@kallimathios

This would give us information on how to effectively and efficiently redesign the Sinopia interface and user experience before implementing UI/UX changes beyond immediate fixes, such as removing broken scoped searches (#49) or making adjustment based on functionality differences with Sinopia Classic (#55).

Once a plan is established, we can begin implementing it in later stages of the project (Production Evolution?). It will be important to get the UI updates right, and do extensive cataloger user testing so that any changes have a positive impact on the user experience and cataloger's ability to get work done.

This should include Graph Toolbox UI/UX review: if bulk updates functionality for cataloging or entity management staff are not an MVP priority, this should be low on the priority list. This would give us information on what aspects of the Toolbox can be integrated into editor and whether or not it should or can be developed as a third Blue Core UI. Currently functionality needs significant improvement. Building a browser based environment each time a task needs to be completed is inefficient and there is a lack of clarity for the user in terms of what actually gets posted to the store after changes are made. In no other cataloging or metadata tooling (including Wikidata), does a user need to build an environment in their browser to make direct changes to data.
