Save descriptions to a workbench #57

Description

This enables catalogers to retain changes made to a description before POST to Blue Core. It can, but does not have to, include optimistic locking. Time limit should be determined.

Describe the feature you'd like
I would like to be able to pin or save descriptions to a workbench area or list so that I can easily go back to them later.

Give an example
I found an excellent example of a Instance description for an ebook that I would like to share with users when they have questions. When I'm working on resolving an issue with a description or using a URI in a validation test, it would be nice to save that URI to a list or workbench and be able to go back to it again later. Instead of searching by cataloger ID for all resources I've created, I could save or pin a resource to my workbench if I'm still working on a description, or want to easily go back to it.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, I copy URIs and save them in various places. It's hard to remember where I've saved them and why if I don't have time to properly leave myself a note, and they are all saved in places external to Sinopia. It would be nice to be able to generate a list (or lists) and share them with other users, and be able to refer back to them myself.
